My experience was built in the trenches, pulling cable in crawl spaces and troubleshooting clinical systems at 2 AM. I’m opening my quiet hours to help you bridge your technical gaps and move forward with confidence.

Foundational IT & Troubleshooting
No question is too small. We can tackle Windows issues, printer connectivity, hardware setups, or the general glitches that slow you down.
Academic Mentorship & Support
Navigating a degree is difficult, regardless of the subject. If you are pursuing a degree in computer science, healthcare, biomed, Informatics, Data Analytics, or any general science path, I can act as your technical tutor. I can assist with the technical and strategic requirements of most courses. We can:

Medical Device Integration
We can discuss the architectural hurdles of MDI. I can help you understand the common blockers in how devices talk to each other based on my years in clinical engineering and application analysis.
Mobile Device Management
If you are planning a rollout, we can talk through the strategic side of fleet management. We’ll focus on the why and how of securing and maintaining hospital-wide communication tools.
Data Storytelling

Alarm Systems & Fatigue
I have a practical background in electrical systems and clinical alarms. We can look at your current setup to identify why you are getting inactionable alerts and how to reduce the noise in your environment. I can help you understand the path an alarm takes from the device to the clinician so you can improve response and reliability.

Every session is a self-contained mission. We identify the blocker, find a solution, and I’ll follow up with a summary email to close the loop. If a new challenge pops up down the road, the Workbench is always here for a new session.
